Dr. F. Kevin Owen is an expert in the measurement and analysis of mechanical and aerospace systems. He has published numerous papers on his research and has lectured extensively in the US and Europe. Since he founded Complere Inc. in 1976, he has established a proven record of sponsorship from the public and private sectors, and has served as a consultant on a variety of topics ranging from wind energy conversion to pharmaceutical mists and fuel sprays. He has served on numerous technical committees, and received national and international recognition for his research, including two NASA Achievement Awards. Dr. Owen also has extensive intellectual property management experience having served as the Founding Director of Technology Transfer at the Naval Postgraduate School from 1995-98. He has B.Sc. (summa cum laude) and M.Sc. degrees from the University of Wales and a D.Phil degree from the University of Oxford.
